Join the Polar Research Conference 2018 in Copenhagen December 6

Greenland Perspective is co-hosting the Polar Research Conference ’Polarforskerdag 2018’ along with AAU Arctic from Aalborg University. The theme for the 2018 conference is ’Polar Research of the Future’.

Join the Polar Research Conference ’Polarforskerdag 2018’ if you are interested or involved in Polar Research. Here you will get the chance to meet researchers and research institutions from Greenland or meet Greenland Perspective, network with peers and students in the field as well as attend inspiring and thought-provoking talks.

The conference brings together researchers, students and politicians. The conference will feature Greenland Perspective professors Morten Meldgaard and Minik Rosing. Morten Meldgaard will give a keynote presentation on ’Danish and Greenlandic polar research then and now’ and Minik Rosing will conclude the event. Furthermore, the Danish Minister of Research and Education, Tommy Ahlers, will speak at the conference.

 The conference is a full-day event held on December 6th 2018 at Aalborg University, Sydhavnen, A.C. Meyers Vænge 15 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
